Then do Olivenöl, Zwiebelen, Staudensellerie, Paprika and Knoblauch with in and let this all switzen. After that with Kreuzkümmel, Salt, Cayennepfeffer and Tabasco würz and 2 Minutes köcheln. Fill this now with the Hühnerbrühe and do cook it. Yeah Baby, make it hot. If it is hot schalt the Herd runter and the Rice with a middle Flamme 20 Minutes cooking, until the Flüssigkeit fast futsch is. At last, the Frühlingszwiebelen therebei putten and all 3-4 Minutes ziehen and the Dirty Rice with Petersilie on the Tisch for eating putten.

In the original Cajun-Rezept they take no Schweinefilet, they take Hühnermägen.

Zutaten:

Zubereitung:
Sneid the mageren Speck in fine Streips and leg them on the Boden of a Bratpott. 2 EL of the Öl give in too and the 4 Hasenkeulen with Peppa and Salt on the Speck putten.
